 NEW HORIZONS is a core program supported by KECS to promote the transformation of K-12 education, so that every student can discover and  develop their potential and purpose in life.  Our work focuses on shifting education from a one-size fits all model  to learning systems that are tailored to each student's needs, gifts and interests.

For this to be accomplished, school leadership must concentrate their efforts in developing an organizational assessment and achieving a sound Strategic Plan in order to be able to openly achieve a dynamic organizational transformation.  KECS focuses in helping any educational organization in achieving its vision / mission and establishing sound goals and objectives to develop their educational logic model.

 

 

We serve educational organizations (private / public / charter schools) , state / local governments, related-service providers, and professional development entities, complementing our hands-on work with original research to allow us to better understand the organization's challenges, and build new capabilities to assist to solve them, providing strategic planning support and development.
